Those twelve teams plus the winners of the Hawaii Island Culinary Competition and the Maui division will then cook for over 400 industry leaders at the Mahiai Gala on September 18 2021 at the Aloun Farms Festival Grounds. 1st place wins a 2500 gift certificate to the Market at Western Fair District.
